Photo 16: Long Exposure

Personally, I don't care for long exposure photos that come out with blurry streaks of light. I think they look like you don't have a tripod (which I don't) and are a bit crap at taking photos. On the other hand, P-i-C can't get enough of blurry-light night photos. He finds them artistic and whimsical. It's an ongoing debate, particularly every time we ride the ferry at night. When I showed him the long exposure options I took tonight, I knew before I asked which one he'd like.

So, I dedicate this photo, taken from a perch in rainy North Sydney, to P-i-C and his eye for whimsy and artistry. We don't always agree on everything, but that doesn't mean that he's always wrong.
