Kind of a Big Deal

I'm famous! Of course, by famous, I mean, not-at-all-even-remotely-famous.

But, I am guest blogging for a playscript company here in Australia, so that's kind of fancy.

A couple weeks ago, I decided that I was going to give myself a project to read one hundred Australian plays in the course of one hundred days. New plays, old plays, any Australian plays that struck my fancy. I just felt like I needed to drastically increase my knowledge about Australian plays, if I want to be part of the field.

So, I started to Tweet about it, and a few people got a kick out of it and some gave me suggestions.

And, because it's sort of up their alley, Australian Plays.org asked me if I could turn my daily tweets into a guest blog on their website. I happen to love Australian Plays.org, so that sounded pretty neat to me.

Now that I'm a guest blogger, I have to be on my game and really read my plays everyday. I'm glad they're keeping me honest!
